Returns

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered are not eligible for a return.
• Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, sale items, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refunds
