REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Reserved LA, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy below to understand the guidelines for exchanges and non-refundable items.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. However, exchanges for items of equal or greater value are available within 7 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise specified.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges must follow the proper process for authorization. Items sent without approval may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

While we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely, we recognize that mishaps during shipping can occur. Please note:

  • All shipped items are fully insured for loss or damage.
  • If your item arrives damaged or has issues, contact us immediately through social media, our website, or via email at reserveovla@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim.

Note: Exchanges for minor manufacturing defects or slight imperfections will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Perishable goods, custom-made items, and personal care products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and pre-owned items.

Shipping & Exchange Costs

  • Customers outside the local area are responsible for shipping costs to return the item and for shipping the exchanged item.
  • If you’re near our retail location, you may facilitate the exchange in person at no additional cost.

Price Adjustments

Exchanges are available for items of equal value at no extra cost.

  • If the new item is of higher value, the customer must cover the price difference.

Exchange Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your exchange. Once approved, we will finalize the exchange process and provide any additional details.
