CONVENIENT LOCAL PICKUP OPTIONS

Local pickups must be collected within three weeks from our location.

  • We will contact you before canceling the order to arrange pickup.
  • If no arrangements are made, the order will be canceled, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

 SAME-DAY/NEXT-DAY LOCAL DELIVERY

Local deliveries are processed and delivered on the same or next day, depending on the time the order is placed.

FAST AND RELIABLE SHIPPING TIME

All orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipping within 1-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Delivery typically takes 1-5 business days from the time you receive your tracking number.
  • Business Days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 TRUSTED SHIPPING CARRIERS

All orders are shipped via UPS, unless UPS does not deliver to your location (e.g., PO boxes) or the destination is outside the United States.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and item weight/dimensions.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted due to unexpected import taxes or fees.

SAFE AND SECURE SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE

Shipping Order Protection is optional. Without purchasing this protection, Reserved LA is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

If you have purchased Shipping Protection, the following policies apply:

Timeframes

  • Lost items: Claims must be filed within 14 days of the last tracking update.
  • Damaged items: Claims must be submitted within 2 days of the delivery tracking update.
  • Claims filed outside these timeframes will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

  • Claims must include substantial photographic evidence; claims without this will be denied.
  • Video proof may also be requested at our discretion.
  • Minor manufacturer defects, sneaker box damage, clothing bag/tag damage, or wear and tear are not covered.

 Lost Items

  • If a package is lost in transit or suspected of improper delivery, a formal investigation with the shipping carrier will be conducted before reimbursement is considered.
  • For “delivered but not received” claims, coverage applies only if the carrier confirms delivery to the wrong address.
  • Carrier investigations may take 21-30 business days to resolve.
  • Packages abandoned at customs or pickup locations, or lost due to incorrect address submissions, are not covered.

 Other Exclusions

Undesired product fit or feel is not covered.
Delays caused by carriers are not covered.
Porch piracy (theft after delivery) is not covered.
Filing chargebacks with your payment provider voids shipping insurance protection.

Reimbursement

A replacement item will be provided if the same size/item is available.
If a replacement is unavailable, reimbursement will be issued as a digital gift card for the item amount (excluding taxes and shipping). Gift cards do not expire and can be used online or in-store.

Filing a Claim

Submit your claim via email to reserveovla@gmail.com within the specified timeframes. Include all relevant evidence and information as outlined above. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
